MEET THE STAFF OF LUELLA SUD!

Warren Williams

is the operator manager. Warren has been with LSUD for over thirty years. He is a licensed Class B Operator, Class C Wastewater Treatment, and Customer Service Inspector. He is responsible for operating and maintaining the water distribution system. 

Johnny Culifer

is a opperators assistant. He is a licensed Class C Operator. Johnny has been with LSUD for over five years. 

Debbie Ellis

is the office manager.  Debbie has been with LSUD for over twenty years. She handles accounts payable. Debbie is a licensed Class C Operator. 

Samantha Yowell

is the office assistant. Samantha has been with LSUD for over ten years. She handles all testing records and inspections for the cross connection control program. Samantha is a licensed Customer Service Inspector.
