Mailed water bills

Please read the following for an important message if you receive your water bills through the post office.  

We understand about ongoing issues that have been happening regarding people getting their water bills mailed to them. We mail the water bills during the last week of every month. We understand that some people are not receiving their bills until weeks later. If you have not received your water bill by the 5th of the month, we recommend calling the office to find out your total. You can always go to our website at www.luellasud.org and sign up for an account. Once you do this you can see your water bill. You can also sign up to have your water bill sent to your email. 

Water bills are always due on the 15th of every month. 

We are sorry for the inconvenience but unfortunately, we have no control over the postal system.
